BSI Bank Limited, Singapore ("BSI"), has been placed into members' voluntary liquidation

On 30 November 2016, the sole member of BSI passed a special resolution to place the BSI into members’ voluntary liquidation. The directors of BSI have also filed a declaration of solvency with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore on 28 November 2016.

Mr Bob Yap Cheng Ghee, Mr Graham Hunter Martin and Ms Toh Ai Ling, care of KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. have been appointed as joint and several liquidators of BSI (the “Liquidators”). The Liquidators are and will continue working closely with the management of BSI, as well as with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, for an orderly winding down of BSI, payment of BSI's debts, return of customer assets, as well as the return of assets to BSI’s stakeholder.

The Liquidators will contact account-holders in due course with information specific to their respective accounts.
